CO2 Foamed High Capacity XPS Foam Board Surface Notch Machine
Nanjing Ourgreen adopts CO2 technology, using GPPS (General Purpose Polystyrene), other Blowing Agent like Butane/LPG/DME, Nucleating Agent and high performance Fire Retardants as the raw materials to mass produce the nearly 100% closed-cell XPS Foam Board.
The CO2 XPS Production Line includes basic configuration of XPS line as well as CO2 Injecting System. It is generally known that the boiling point of CO2 is - 78.4℃ while all Blowing Agent must be kept in liquid state before being injected to extruder. In order to maintain the liquid state, we have to decrease temperature and increase pressure for CO2 largely. Here you can imagine why the inside pressure for CO2 XPS Line is much higher than that of Freon XPS Line. Ourgreen CO2 XPS Line is designed to bear high pressure to ensure smooth manufacturing of XPS Board.

When our xps production line arrived customer's factory, we will discuss with our customer and arrange professional engineers to install the equipment.
We can also instruct our customer to operate xps production line until it produce high quality xps foam board. If our customer have any question about machine, we can also help you solve it.
After the equipment arrive South Africa, we arrange 3 professional engineers to install and debug it, we also take some samples from South Africa. If our customer have any question about the production line, we will let our engineer instruct them to operate production line. Our engineers will leave until the production line operate better.
