Ourgreen Advanced XPS Production Line Description
Nanjing Ourgreen adopts CO2 technology, using GPPS (General Purpose Polystyrene), other Blowing Agent like Butane/LPG/DME, Nucleating Agent and high performance Fire Retardants as the raw materials to mass produce the nearly 100% closed-cell XPS Foam Board.

Low Density XPS Production Line
The production cost of xps production line is mainly determined by how much materials are used in one cubic meter. Hence every Styrofoam Plant makes efforts to bring down Density to save money.
Styrofoam Insulation Board made by HCFC usually bears a density of 30-55Kg/m3 and when CO2 is applied, the density tends to be higher of above 35Kg/m3.
Experiments tell that Isobutane / LPG has a tendency to be more thoroughly mixed with Polystyrene melts. Due to its high solubility and with aid of small percentage of water, final Styrofoam density could be decreased to 28Kg/M3.
